The quality of the service provided on a measuring instrument is an essential criteria to take into account when buying a new instrument. Our engineers are trained by our suppliers for all the instruments that we offer. They are regularly in contact with the manufacturers and the users, which makes them experts of the instruments. In order to
ensure optimum proximity, our engineers are based in Renens (VD), near Lausanne, and in Rüti (ZH), near Zürich. They are close to you and can react very quickly to meet your needs.
Installations
Our engineers are trained to install the instruments, verify their performance, and make them operative. An installation of quality is a guarantee for the user, who can quickly become familiar with the instrument and use it. It also enables the user to ensure that the performance of the instrument complies with the specifications of the manufacturer. Most of the time, the installation process ends with an advanced training that takes place a few weeks after the delivery, so that the user has time to think about specific questions.

Maintenance
The maintenance of a measuring instrument covers several aspects. The first is about cleaning, checking that the instrument functions well and calibrating. The second is about updating the software and the firmware by installing more recent versions. The last aspect is about possible reparations that require replacing faulty parts.
